Mary Woods – Principal Broker
Mary Woods has been the president of M. Woods & Associates for over 20 years and is a lifelong Village resident with family roots in the West Village going back to the Civil War era. A true Villager, Mary has an undergraduate degree from New York University and a masters degree from Hunter College with additional graduate work at CUNY Graduate Center. Having been raised in a townhouse on Bethune Street, Mary’s passion is for 19th century dwellings, their architecture and history. She has herself owned and renovated two Village townhouses.
Edward Woods – Licensed Real Estate Sales Person
Edward Woods grew up in the West Village and has a strong connection to the old townhouses that line its streets. Having lived, worked in and renovated such historic buildings has given him an insight into what makes them special. While still working in the field of video animation and production he got his Real Estate License to help with the family business.
